Returns
Here
at ninelinkers we aim to exceed all of our customers? expectations. However, we
do realised that from time to time, you may need to return or cancel and item
that you have purchased. Please see the points below:
- We must be informed of any return issue
within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Before returning any product(s), please
ensure that you have read our Terms & Conditions.
- Any product(s) returned must be in a
re-saleable condition and in the original packaging with any documentation
as supplied.
- The product(s) must not have been fitted,
run or tested on the vehicle. If the item has been fitted, run or tested,
then the return will be processed as a warranty claim.
- Electrical items must not have been taken
out of its packing if returning as an incorrect part.
- The buyer is responsible for all return
postage costs, unless agreed with us beforehand.
- Items returned outside of the returns
period specified may be subject to a surcharge of 20% (This charge is due
to restocking the unwanted item after the 30 day period).
- The product(s) packaging must not be
damaged in any way, shape or form. If returning an item, please re-box or
re-bag it. Do not send the item back with the delivery label attached
directly on to the packaging.
Before
sending an item back to us, you first of all need to obtain a Returns
Authorisation Number. To get a Returns Authorisation Number, please see the
steps below:
- Click on ‘My Account’and log in using your
email and password that was used when you created your account.
- Once logged in, click on ‘Returns’ and then
select ‘New Returns Request’
- A form will load requesting basic
information. Once completed, click on ‘Submit Returns Request’
- A Returns Authorisation Number will then be
generated and emailed to you.
Once
you have obtained a Returns Authorisation Number, please send the item(s) back
along with the tear off slip on the back of your invoice. Ensure you fill in
your Name, Contact Number, Returns Authorisation Number and Invoice Number.
How To Return Your Item
Once
you have received a RTN number, an email acknowledgment will be sent requesting
further information if necessary.
Please
then return your item(s) in original packaging, securely packaged with the
returns slip from your original invoice enclosed. Clearly mark the outside of
your package with the returns number.
We
recommend using an insured service as ninelinkers is not responsible for the
loss or damage of any goods returned. The customer is responsible for all
postage costs unless specifically agreed and confirmed in advance.
A
cost effective site to use for returning parts is www.ninelinkers.com. We are in no way
affiliated to this site and any return method may be used.
All
returns must be received within 30 days of receiving a Returns
Authorisation Number. Upon receipt the return will be inspected at our
discretion a credit may be refused. If the item has been sent back to us for a
warranty claim, we will forward the item on to our supplier.
Items
returned without an authorisation will be refused and may be disposed of.
Please
note, we aim to have all returns processed and refunded (where applicable)
within 48 hours of us receiving the item(s).
